I’m Karissa, and Sleep Wave is a sleepy podcast that does things differently. I’ll share sleep meditations with you every Monday & Thursday, which will not only send you to sleep quickly, but may also help you feel better, guiding you through those things that are keeping you up at night, and keeping you from the rest you deserve.
But, there’s one thing that is important you know. Although I practice meditation, I am no sleep guru who is floating on a cloud of zen relaxation all the time!
Full disclosure? I’m anxious by nature, a bit of a workaholic, and have a mind that loves to keep me up at night. I am drawn to the ideas and meditations we’ll explore here together because I need them in my own life to help me feel balanced and calmer and of course, to help me sleep better.
And I know from experience that they really do work. So in each episode, we’ll be talking about how the meditation piece relates to real life, getting to know one another, and hopefully, all finding greater peace and better, sweeter sleep, together.
Each meditation is written by yoga and meditation teacher, Billy Gill, and narrated by yours truly.
